Vlog Event: Time Capsule Vlog

We miss your faces. It’s time to do that vlogging thing again!

Here’s the topic: You are creating a video to be placed in a time capsule that will be opened twenty years in the future.  What do you want the people who find it to know about your life now?    You can talk about what’s going on in your personal life or what’s going on in the world.  What do you want to remember about this time?

(During VEDA we made vlogs talking to ourselves in the future.  This is more about telling people in the future about life in 2011. This was a suggestion left over from VEDA, and the person who suggested it referenced Saved By the Bell, if that helps.)

Here’s How to Participate
1. Create a vlog on this topic.  Shoot for 3 minutes or less (more vlog tips here).
2. Post it on November 1, 2011 (You Tube is easiest, but you can use any video site).
3. Use the hashtags #wbwv and #timecapsule on twitter.
4. Watch and comment on the videos of other participants.  Many of us know each other already, but we will try to spread the word about all participants.  Post your links here and search the hash tags on twitter to find other participants.
5.  Ask Nico or Ashley if you have questions.
